Exchanges

We operate a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package ( shipping will be at your expense ). Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return against reimbursement

A return against reimbursement is possible only in the event of an exceptional major defect on the purchased garment. In this case, the customer will have to provide proof by email or WhatsApp. Once the request is validated, the return (at our expense) and the refund will be made as soon as possible.
